The Refuge Intercom Systems are designed for use in buildings that have refuge areas and require fire and security personnel to maintain contact in am emergency situation with vunlerable people waiting at the dedecated refuge areas.

The equipment we install is specifically designed to meet DDA requirements and is:

In the event of an evacuation of a building the management team need to know how many people are located at each of the refuge points and the nature of their disability. Additionally, the people in each refuge should be able to make presence known to the management team.
